NO. 1

---

Let's go on a date.

Like all new relationships, we go on an initial date to see if we suit each other. Once you get in touch, we tee up a time to pick each others brains about the project. Of course, this can be IRL (hello Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast creatives) or via Skype/FaceTime.

This will give me the opportunity to learn a little more about you, your business, your goals and will also allow you a solid hour to ask all the questions I'm sure you've got.

Once we've wrapped up our first chat, I'll send you over a detailed proposal (including a schedule and questionnaire) to ensure we're on the right track. If you're happy with all of that, I'll give you another quick chat to ask any additional questions before shooting over your initial deposit request.

We plan and daydream.

A few weeks after our initial meeting, I'll send over a project scope detailing the nitty gritty of our project together. This scope will include a start and finish date along with all the steps in between.

You'll also receive an invitation to access your project login in which you can see dates for your mock-ups, designs, documents, files etc. I'll also list some really important homework dates for you to work towards (such as completing your questionnaire and supplying your content.) Creating this schedule and project scope will help us stay on track and launch on time.

This part of our project is also where you get to shine - our questionnaire will open channels of thought for you to really get to the core of what you want your business to achieve. You'll get to curate other brands that you love while also looking within your own business to tell me what you're really, truly dreaming of.

At the end of his stage, you'll have your first logo (for branding projects) and/or your first wireframe (for websites.)

Yay!

The work and wrap-up.

By this stage, we've got a finalised brand! We'll either get working on extrapolating your brand (depending on your scope) through to secondary logos, sub-marks, illustrations etc. while also making a start on turning this new brand online through your first round of wireframe and website design mockups.

I'll double check you've sent over all of your content and have provided references within your questionnaire before making a start, but once that's covered, it's all systems go.

Within 10 business days, you'll likely have a live version of your approved mockup and have final files of your branding. We make sure you absolutely love what's been completed so far and we revise everything, make appropriate changes, and move to the next stage.

We'll schedule another quick chat to nut out any finer details and set an official launch through social graphics and build up. You'll also make your final instalment and be provided with a bunch of useful resources and tutorials. Post-launch support is provided once we're live!
